Career
Britta Norgren has previously competed for Bälinge IF and Stock SF.
She participated in the Olympics in Turin in 2006, where she came in eleventh place in the 10 km, 15th place in the 15 km skiathlon, 28th place in the 30 km, and fourth place in the relay race. She also participated in the individual sprint, where she was eliminated in the quarterfinals (best time among the excluded). Her individual placements were the best among Swedish women in cross country skiing sprint. She also had the best Swedish stretch time in the relay race. That she did, although she was not selected for the national team at the Olympic season.
She was injured during the 2007-2008 season, but came back to the 2008-2009 season. In 2009 she won Sweden Championship in sprint in Sundsvall.
In 2012 Swedish national team rider Britta Johansson Norgren was as expected fastest in the women's class at Vega Vallarta race in Tierp. Johansson Norgren has participated in two Olympics and was a member of the Swedish team that took the Bronze Medal in the relay race 2009th. In Tierp race she beat runner-up Wendy Grape from Mora.
Norgren hopes that she will be selected for the World Championships in Val Di Fiemme 2013th. She considers that it will be a nice way to put an end to her skiing career in 2015after the World Championships in Falun.
