Bruce M. Bounds opened his law offices in 1986, following 6 years of banking law experience with large firms in Miami, which in turn followed 6 years rising from entry level to Deputy Corporate Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Corporate Secretary of affiliated companies with the legal staff of a substantial Philadelphia, Pennsylvania regional bank and its mortgage banking, real estate development and management, construction finance and title insurance affiliates in the Middle-Atlantic states, as well as 2 years of general practice with a medium sized Philadelphia law firm.
Since opening the office has continued representation of financial institutions in basic and sophisticated commercial and real estate lending transactions, loan workouts, foreclosures, collections and regulatory matters.
