During the late 19th century Mr. Reeves won recognition in designing a number of notable buildings in the city-the old Pro-Cathedral, Biltmore Hotel; St. Vincent's Church at Grand Avenue and Washington Blvd ; and the Phillips Block on North Spring Street. After 1911 Mr. Reeves made his home at #1829 West Adams Street.
