Background
Encouraged by his father to start playing music at a very young age, Buz first began playing guitar at the age of 7. At age 12, Buz switched to bass guitar and a star was born.

Feeling an overwhelming need to hone his musical talents even more, Buz began to write songs and lyrics. Widely known for his hard hitting songs and emphatic lyrics, Buz has been a key band member and songwriter for The Rats, Beau Jack,, The Staten Island Boys, Group, and the Teenage News, The Others and and the Kick. Buz received his first Gold record in 1982 for the album with The Kick.
During his career, Buz has toured or traded licks with the likes of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Earl Slick,,, Greg Allen,,, Thomas Trask, Johnny Rao, Tom Morrongiello, Joey Kelly and other major recording artists.
Currently, Buz is working on a new project due out in 2011.
