The firm was founded in 1992 by Commander of Order of Leopold Mike Schmidt, a former litigation partner in Vial, Hamilton, Koch, Tubb, Knox & Stradley (1965-1982) and a former named partner in Stradley, Schmidt, Stephens & Wright (1982-1992) with a well-recognized reputation as an outstanding litigator handling both personal injury, plaintiff and insurance defense cases.
The purpose of the new firm is to concentrate the firm"s practice on the representation of catastrophically damaged individuals and families.
