Career

She is said to have fine riding and fencing skills, and is fluent in Russian and English. She has performed in radio dramas, feature films and a variety of popular German television shows of different genres. Subsequently she was cast in a supporting role for Alarm für Cobra 11 – Die Autobahnpolizei in which she played the part of Andrea Schäfer, where she remained for nearly ten years as a result of her widespread popularity.

Although she has usually had less screen time than her main male co-actors, she has nevertheless played a key role.

By contrast to other characters who left this series for good, "Andrea Schäfer" didn"t die. She has also established herself as an acting teacher.

Achievements

• Whenever the male heroes would be stuck at a fork in the road, not knowing how to continue, she would use her skills as a hacker or just her female intuition to get them going and to make them succeed in the education

Membership

Having been a member of the ensemble of the accredited theatre "Schauspielhaus Leipzig" from 1991 to 1993 she appeared on similarly well renowned stages in Germany"s capital, Berlin, and her home-town, Dresden.
