Carlin is co-founder and CEO of Biba, a mobile-first business app that brings a new way to communicate at work.
Prior to founding Biba, Carlin started a venture-backed Enterprise 2.0 startup, CubeTree, where he was the CEO. CubeTree, a collaboration service aimed at enterprise social networking, was successfully acquired by SuccessFactors, now owned by SAP. Previously Carlin was at Symantec as the VP and General Manager of Symantec's email, IM and web gateway security product lines. Carlin joined Symantec via their acquisition of Brightmail. Carlin holds a B.S. from Stanford University with a focus in Computer Science User Interface Design. In his free time, Carlin can be found building giant Lego towers with his son. Carlin sits on Biba’s Board of Directors.
