Career
Carlo was born to Pio and Defina Elmonti Pezzati in the village of Torre Gandini, outside Piacenza, in 1892. He would eventually become the mayor of Piacenza. In 1944 he was killed by the partisans.
He was laid to rest in the cemetery of Torre Gandini.
