He currently plays for Cienciano. Bazalar played for Peru at the 2007 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 World Cup in the Republic of of Korea. Bazalar played for Peru at the 2007 South American Under-17 Football Championship in the Ecuador Bazalar played for Peru at the 2009 South American Youth Championship in the Venezuela.
