Career
Moreno has over sixty publications under his name, including two books, on topics dealing with algebra and number theory. His mathematics research, funded by several National Science Foundation grants, has earned him a reputation as a world-class mathematician. At City University of New York he has extensively served as graduate thesis adviser to graduate students.
His Bachelor of Arts and his Doctor of Philosophy in mathematics were earned at New York University.
