Career
Pedraja is currently a regional coordinator for the Church Educational System in Bolivia. He was previously a professor at the University of Cochabamba. He also served from 1996 to 1999 as president of the Argentina Salta Mission.
He served in Chile and Peru as a missionary.
Pedraja was an area seventy from 2002 until 2004.
