Caroline was born in Melrose Park, Illinois, United States. Daughter of Martin Leonard and Despina (Calathes) Eichman.

Education

Caroline studied at Rutgers University. In 1985 she received a degree of the Bachelor of Arts. In two years she was a student of the University of Chicago. She became a Master of Arts. In 1993 Caroline studied at New York University. She received a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy.

Career

Caroline worked as a seasonal plan manager in New York City Parks Department from 1987 to 1988. Research director, Child Care Action Campaign, New York City, 1989-1993. Market research manager, Warner Music Group, New York City, since 1993. Member of advisory board study on cost and quality of child care provision U. Colorado, New York City, 1991-1993.
