She is best known for her recurring role as Erica Harrison on the sitcom The Game. Ward also studied dance at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. She performed various artists including Janet Jackson, Arsenio Hall, and Rosie Perez.
Ward began her career in the 1980s with appearances on Fame, Webster, and Paradise.
