Career
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Walters was cast at the age of forty-one in all thirty-nine Harbor Command episodes, starring Wendell Corey (1914–1968) as Captain Ralph Baxter. The program deals with adventures of United States Coast Guardsmen. Walters" first television role was as Major Denning in the 1952 episode "Woman with a Sword" of the National Broadcasting Company anthology series the Hallmark Hall of Fame.
In 1958, he had an uncredited role as Eddie Dine in the crime drama film, The True Story of Lynn Stuart, starring Betsy Palmer and Jack Lord.
His last screen role was as Mr. Martinez in the 1959 episode "Eye Witness" of the American Broadcasting Company drama, Manitoba with a Camera, starring Charles Bronson.
Walters was living in New York State when he procured his Social Security number. He died in Helena, Montana, from complications of a stroke.
