Bird has exhibited widely within the United States and abroad, in exhibitions including Global Feminisms at The Brooklyn Museum, New York (2007). Juris Doctor"s Lesbian Utopia at Deitch Projects, New York (2005) with Juris Doctor Samson. Log Cabin at Artists Space, New York (2005).

Bird has also exhibited at The Brooklyn Museum, which has also acquired Bird"s work for its permanent collection. Bird was a part of The Brooklyn Museum Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art"s Feminist Art Base.
