Cathleen Ann was born on August 28, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Daughter of Dale Theodore and JoAnn Marie (Curren) Schandelmeier.
Cathleen studied at Northeastern University in Illinois, United States. In 1989 she received a degree of the Bachelor of Arts in Theater.
From 2007 to 2012 Cathleen was a student of the Northeastern Illinois University in Illinois, United States, she became a Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Education: Language Arts-English.
