Not to be confused with Cedric Henderson (basketball, born 1965)
A 6"7" small forward, Henderson starred at the University of Memphis, and was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round (45th pick overall) of the 1997 National Basketball Association Draft. He played four seasons (1997/98–2000/01) for the Cavaliers before being traded to the Golden State Warriors, with whom he played in 2001/02. Before the 2002-2003 National Basketball Association season he was signed as a free agent by the Milwaukee Buckinghamshire, but he was waived after one month.
After he left the National Basketball Association, he went to play in the NBDL, France (Division 1), Lebanon (Bluestars), Cyprus and Ukraine.
