Appointed Postmaster, 1903 for Gackle, North Dakota, resigned 1907. Elected Pres, of State Bank of Gackle, North Dakota, 1909-1915. Chosen Cashier of State Bank of Gackle, 1917, resigned 1920.
Elected Sheriff of Logan Company North Dakota, since 1926.
