Career
Divins is a native of Dallas, Texas where he was born and raised. Prior to becoming an actor, he wanted to become a hospital administrator, but instead became an actor and model. Divins modeled for Tommy Hilfiger in magazines like Gentlemen’s Quarterly, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and Gear.
He"s appeared in commercials for Nissan and Crystal Light.
Charles changed career paths to live television He was a correspondent for National Broadcasting Company’s LXTV and 1st Look. In 2012 he joined the cast of the CW"s morning show The Daily Buzz.
After a two years Charles made the move to local news. In October 2014, he became the morning anchor at National Broadcasting Company affiliate WDSU in New Orleans, Louisiana.
