Henrotin, Charles was born on April 15, 1843 in in Belgium. Son of Doctor Joseph F. and Adèle (Kinson) Henrotin.

Education

Educated Polytechnic School, Tourney, Belgium.

Career

Entered employ of Merchants’ Loan & Trust Company, Chicago, 1861. Cashier same (succeeding Lyman J. Gage), 1868-1878. Banker and broker from 1878.

Has served as broker in connection with many large corporate enterprises, including the sale for English companies of the American Brewing & Malting Company, and the Union Stock Yards Company, and American representative of large financial interests in London and on the European continent.
