The youth completed his education at Harvard University, and after graduating from there in 1893 entered the Ecole des Beaux Arts at Paris for an architectural training.
During practice in New York Mr. Huntington was appointed architect of a group of buildings on Washington Heights for the Hispanic Society, the American Geographic Society and the American Numismatic Society. He also designed the Church of Our Lady of Esperanza built on 156th Street near Riverside Drive.
