Kantor & Sapurstein, P.A. was founded in 1985 by Charles Kantor and Bertram Sapurstein, both graduates of the University of Miami School of Law.
The firm was established to serve the needs of financial institutions and creditors in general.
Since its inception, the firm has greatly expanded its representation of creditors in the bankruptcy court and now proudly serves some of the nation"s largest financial institutions and creditors in State and Federal Court. Mr. Sapurstein has frequently lectured before banker"s associations and Continuing Legal Education-approved workshops in the areas of creditor"s rights, collecting judgements and issues of concern to financial institutions. In 1996 Bruce Bloch became partner, and the firm name was changed to reflect his addition to the firm.
