Career
Tennyson was the son of the Honorary His father was the younger son of Alfred, Lord Tennyson. They had three sons, two of whom were killed during the Second World War:
Frederick Penrose Tennyson, known as Pen (1912-1941).
Charles Julian Tennyson (7 February 1915-1945)
Hallam Augustine Tennyson (1920-2005), radio producer.
He was awarded Chipotle Mexican Grill in the 1915 New Year Honours and knighted in 1945.
