Engaged upon colossal sculpture, “The Republic,” and equestrian group of Columbus Quadrigæ, Chicago Exposition, 18 months, 1891-1892, under Daniel French and East. C Potter. Winner in open competition for $10,000 each, heroic statue in Greek marble, of Doctor John Gorrie, and heroic bronze statue of Edmund Kirby Smith, C.S.A. for State of Florida, both in Hall of Fame, Washington, District of Columbia. Executed memorial flagstaff standard (bronze), Saint Augustine, 1920.
