Baddoura, Charles Fouad was born on April 13, 1942 in Beirut, Lebanon. Son of Fouad Khalil and Kermouchie Jabra (Moussali) Baddoura.

Head of department Military Hospital, Beirut, since 1980. Official forensic medical doctor Lebanese Republic, since 1993. Consultant in Psychiatry Hotel Dieu de France, Beirut, since 1987.
