In lumber business, since 1895. Now president C. H. Worcester Company. Chairman of the Board Munising Paper Company.

Membership

Served in World War as vice chairman Lumber Committee of Council of National Defense, which later became Lumber Department of War Industries Board. Member of the board of trustees of Lawrence College, Appleton, Wisconsin Honorary president, and trustee The Art Institute of Chicago Chicago (Chairman of Commission coördinating the Institute with Chicago World’s Fair, 1933. Member Field Museum of Natural History (life).
