GRAVES, Charles L. was born on December 15, 1856. Son of late Right Reverend Charles Graves, Doctor of Divinity, Honourable Doctor of Civil Law (Oxford), Fellow of the Royal Society, Bishop of Limerick, and Selina, daughter of John Cheyne, Doctor of Medicine, Physician General to the Forces in Ireland.
