Company attorney, Salt Lake Company, 1894-1895, state’s attorney, 1895-1897. United State Attorneys for District of Utah, by appointment of President McKinley, 1898-1902. One of incorporators of South.P., L.A & South.L. Railroad, 1901, and secured right of way for the line in Utah and Nevada.
Vice-president and general counsel Las Vegas & Tonopah Railroad Removed to Los Angeles, California, 1907.
