Stack, and Edward B. Davis. High, in addition to being the mayor of Miami for 12 years and the Democratic nominee for Governor of the State of Florida in 1967, was a well-known lawyer in the South Florida community.

"Ned" Davis also an outstanding and well known lawyer, participated in the building of the law firm until he was appointed by President Jimmy Carter to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1979.
