High, Stack, Lazenby, Palahach & del Amo was founded in January 1962 by Robert King High, Charles R. Stack, and Edward B. Davis. High, in addition to being the mayor of Miami for 12 years and the Democratic nominee for Governor of the State of Florida in 1967, was a well-known lawyer in the South Florida community.
