He learned nadaswaram in nidubrolu in his childhood along with Sheik Chinna Moulana.The Andhra Pradesh government and many artists associations has given many awards and recognitions to him. He has performed many Nadaswara kacheri"s in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. He performed Nadaswaram programs straight 45 years in annual temple celebrations of bhavanarayanaswamy temple.
She died on December 2, 1986 in Bapatla town.

He performed kacheri"s many times in Jillelamudi and got recognised as a member of the Council and Jillelamudi ammavaru has great respect towards him.
