The firm was founded in 1947 by Sidney M. Schreiber. Shortly thereafter, Roger F. Lancaster, regarded as one of the State"s most prominent defense trial attorneys, became a member of the firm and was later joined by John C. Demos, at which time the firm became known as SCHREIBER, LANCASTER AND DEMOS with offices in Newark, New Jersey.
