Prior to that, she made appearances in several other television series, some of which are now considered classics, including Flipper, Leave lieutenant to Beaver, Our Manitoba Higgins, and The Donna Reed Show. She created the role of Samantha Pudding on the National Broadcasting Company soap opera, Bright Promise.
