Cheryl Romo is an award-winning journalist, editor and essayist. She is co-author of Biting the Bullet, a collection of essays by remarkable women published by Chatterhouse Press in 2015 -- and she is the author of Ruby Hands, a novel,published by Sowilo Press in 2017. Romo is the former editor of Sacramento Magazine (Sacramento, CA), Common Cause Magazine (Washington, D.C.) and Public Utilities Fortnightly (Arlington, VA).
