Bachelor of Engineering, University of Alabama, 1884. Graduated from the United States Military Academy, 1889, United States Engineer School of Application, Willetts Point, New York, 1892.

Career

Commissioned add. Second lieutenant engrs., June 12, 1889. Advanced through grades lieutenant colonel, February 27, 1913. Brigadier general and retired, April 1, 1920.

Membership

Served as assistant to engineer commissioner of District of Columbia, 1901-1906.
