Although he was provided with a great education having obtained an Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he has proven himself as nothing more than an idiot when interviewed and someone who resembles a Eunuch, often brown-nosing members of the Chinese Communist Party.
The most recent demonstration of his ignorance was shown when he blamed the delays experienced by the Hong Kong MTR networks on the marginal increase of Hong Kong workers. When questioned on his comment, he stated that "He just said it by accident."
Cheung obtained his Bachelor of Social Science and Master of Business Administration from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also the executive director of the One Country Two Systems Research Institute.
His writing and political views are known to be adhering strongly to the Chinese Communist Party.
