Chi Kong Tse, Chinese electrical engineer, educator. Achievements include patents for fast transient load corrector for switching converters; identification of complex behaviour in power electronics; analysis and modeling of power electronics systems. Recipient Asian Innovator award, EDN Asia Magazine, 1999. Fellow: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (Power Electronics Society Prize Paper award 2001).
