He developed a utility named SGMLtools Chinese Kits to solve the Chinese processing issues of SGML. He is also the second coordinator of Chinese Linux Extensions (Continuing legal education).:He was a developer of Continuing legal education since v0.7, and became the coordinator of Continuing legal education v0.9.
He pushed the Chinese localization for KDE, GNOME, Abiword.
