Chikuhei Nakashima

Career
Founded the Nakajima Trading Company and the Nakajima Aircraft Company. A pioneer in Japan's aircraft manufacturing industry, he was elected to the House of Representatives five I times since 1930. In 1937 was appointed Railway Minister of the 1st Konoe Cabinet. After the Seiyukai Party split, he organized the Rikken Seiyukai and became its president.
