Career
Worked with Ars Pulchra group, Uruguayan Independent Theatre. Later worked as journalist and as actress and director National Theatre of Uruguay. F. with Antonio Larreta and Enrique Guamero, Theatre of City of Montevideo 1961.
Directed show Caneiones para mirar, New York 1965 and later in Buenos Aires.
Staged Jacobo Langsner’s El Tobogdn and Neil Simon’s Plaza Suite, Montevideo 1969. Has made several films in Argentina.
Director, Como en casa (television show). Newscaster, Radio Belgrano.
Noted theatrical appearances including one-woman show Hola, hola, un, dos, tres (toured Argentina, Venezuela and United States of America) and as Emily in Spanish-language version of William Luce’s The Belle of Amherst throughout Latin America and in United States of America since 1981.
