Career
He is currently playing Canadian Interuniversity Sport (Commonwealth of Independent States ) university hockey with the Waterloo Warriors. On July 2, 2009, Chappell was signed as a free agent to a three-year contract by the New York Rangers. As a professional, Chappell played 163 games (including playoffs) in the North American minor leagues.
