Career

He was also a class B state wrestling runner up. He is a former offensive lineman in the NFL. He played eight seasons in the NFL, including 7 for the Arizona Cardinals and 1 for the Saint Louis Rams. He played college football at Nebraska.

From 1998 to 2000, he started 33 games at both LG and C. In 2002 he started 14 games at RG. He helped block for QB Jake Plummer and RBs Adrian Murrell, Michael Pittman, Thomas Jones, and Marcel Shipp.
