Career
Kroger competed for his first time in a ski mountaineering event at Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2001, and finished second overall. Together with Cary Smith, Pete Swenson and Steve Romeo he finished ninth in the relay event of the 2006 World Championship of Ski Mountaineering.
