Career
He has played in several Nottingham and Sheffield-based bands, including Kilgore Trout,A.C.Temple (1986–1991), Spoonfed Hybrid, Bear, Lazerboy, Coping Saw, Smokers Die Younger. He is also notable for his music criticism, as a significant contributor to Ablaze! (fanzine) (1987-1993) which was founded by his then partner, Karren Ablaze! and also to left-field London-based music magazine, The Lizard (1993-1995). He currently writes for music website Drowned In Sound.
