His background as a Groundling veteran served him well in the sketches which he appeared in on the show.
He soon found popularity for his celebrity impressions, which included: Jay Leno and *NSYNC"s Joey Fatone. However, Duguay is most famous for his George West. Bush impersonation, in which he portrayed the Commander-in-Chief as an "absent minded" and "intellectually challenged buffoon."
