Career
Sánchez started his career at Salvadoran second division side Anno Domini Municipal de Juayúa before moving to hometown club Sonsonate in 2001. He joined Alianza for the 2003 Apertura championship and moved on to Luis Ángel Firpo before the 2006 Clausura. Rejoined Alianza at the start of the 2012 Clausura and signed for two seasons.
Sánchez played for Luis Ángel Firpo in the 2008-2009 CONCACAF Champions League Group Stage.
