Christine McNeill was born on April 4, 1953 in Vienna, Austria, in the family of Hans and Hermine (Illner) Rabensteiner.

Education

Christine received a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) at International House, London, in 1975. Then she studied Business German at Linguaphone Institute, London, in 1976.

Career

In 1976-1978 Christine worked as a tutor of German and TEFL at Linguaphone Institute, London, and then as an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor at Inner London Education Authority. Since 1989 she is a tutor of German at North Norfolk District Council.

Achievements
