We have defended cases in State and Federal, Trial and Appellate Courts throughout the United States. The firm is organized functionally so that each case is handled on a team approach.
Each client is given a team defense: numerous lawyers in the office, each serve a particular function in each case. While this approach is not the most economical, we feel that the client is best served by having the lawyer with a particular expertise in the law firm involved in the client"s case.
