Wrote “Story of Montana,” which ran 8 months in McClure’s Magazine, 1906-1907. “Big Business and the Bench,” 6 months in Everybody’s Magazine, 1912, et cetera Admitted to bar, New York, New Jersey and Montana, and prosecuting attorney Butte, 1897-1899 and 1899-1901.

Practiced at Newark, New Jersey, since 1901.
