Intzidis started his youth career at Ilioupoli. At the age of 8 he moved to the Youth academies of PAOK. PAOK F.C.
On August 2012, Intzidis signed his first professional contract with the club lieutenant has a duration of 3 years, until the end of 2015.
On 9 August 2012, he made his debut against Bnei Yehuda on a Europa League game, replacing Giorgos Katsikas.
