The firm"s history goes back to shortly after the turn of the century when it was headed by the late Mr. Joseph P. Mudd. While the firm has undergone certain name changes over the years, its identity has continued and we have enjoyed the representation of certain of our clients for several decades. McDaniel, Hall specializes in the handling and trial of all types of cases for the defense and has been so engaged for many years.
In addition to our general practice, the defense of products liability, professional and medical malpractice, casualty, workmen"s compensation, automobile, co-employee suits, and the defense of related cases, we have defended many manufacturers of machinery and products, including various automobile manufacturers in cases alleging defective design of their automobiles.
The combined experience of William J. McDaniel, Jack J. Hall and Edward O. Conerly in the defense of personal injury litigation, including the above-enumerated categories, exceeds 100 years.
